All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the price at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. PayPal will be available soon. Payment is processed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your full card details — they are handled by Stripe.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days for standard shipping and 3-7 days for express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is specified.

Our Buyer Protection policy covers all purchases. If an item is not delivered or significantly differs from the description, you are entitled to a full refund. For other returns, please refer to our Return Policy page.

TradeTik acts as a direct seller of products listed on our platform. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong. By using TradeTik, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that local laws may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
