By using TradeTik you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the prototype.

TradeTik is a demonstration prototype: a multi-language storefront used to illustrate catalogue, cart and checkout behaviour. It is not a real marketplace and is not intended for commercial use. The catalogue text, imagery and sample data are provided for demonstration; brand names and third-party images remain the property of their owners, and the terms of the services they come from also apply.

The checkout is a simulation. No payment is processed, no goods are sold and nothing is shipped. Prices, stock levels, reviews, customer names and order numbers are sample data. Submitting the checkout form does not create a contract, a reservation or any obligation on either side.

The admin area is protected by a demonstration gate or by a single shared credential. Access may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, and must not be relied on as real authentication. Do not enter credentials you use elsewhere.

Orders recorded here are demonstrations. They exist only so the prototype can show a checkout flow, they may be deleted at any time without notice, and they give you no right to any product, delivery or refund.

You agree not to interfere with the prototype, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to submit unlawful or misleading content, or to use the demo checkout for anything other than testing.

The prototype is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the prototype, including lost data or lost profits.

The prototype relies on third-party services for translation, imagery, database and hosting; their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their own terms and privacy notices govern their part of the service. These terms and the prototype itself may change or be discontinued at any time without notice; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
